FX Buggy a company based in the Netherlands and as such all prices are listed in Euro. Placing your order is your acknowledgement that prices are listed in Euro.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business hours and we typically ship in-stock products within 2-5 business days. Occasionally, due to manufacture’s backorders or restock delivery delays, shipping within 2-5 business days is not possible. While these situations are rare they are out of our control. In the unlikely event we are unable to ship within 2-5 business days of processing your order you will be notified by email. If a product is not in stock, we will notify you of an expected shipping date.
Email is the primary method for communicating with you about your order. Please provide a working email address and check it for updates.
Digital products
Downloadable products such as building plans and laser files are available immediately after payment has been processed. If you pay by credit card or paypal, the downloadable product will be available immediately after checkout. You will also receive an order confirmation by e-mail with a link to the downloadable product. In addition, the downloadable product is available from your account.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, it will take a few days for the money to be credited to our account. As soon as the amount has been credited to our account, you will receive an e-mail within 1 to 2 working days with access to the downloadable files.
Calculating shipping costs
During the checkout process you will be presented with shipping cost. The shipping costs are calculated based on the country of the recipient and the weight of the total order. We use FedEx as shipping services. FX Buggy may change the carrier selected, without notice, if there are known issues with the carrier selected. If insufficient shipping was collected at checkout you will be notified of the actual shipping costs.
Track your order
Immediately after you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation of your order. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. With this number you can monitor the shipping status of your order.
Free local pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. This option is only available for customers from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready. We will contact you to make an appointment to pick up the order.
International Shipping outside the EU
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and other fees required by the local government. These taxes, duties and other fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure you are aware of these potential expenses prior to your purchase. Refusal to pay these fees will return the package to FX Buggy and return shipping costs will be the customer`s responsibility.
NOTE: Do not refuse delivery for ANY reason. Return shipping costs for refusing to accept delivery are very expensive and will be your responsibility in addition to the original shipping costs. If a package is visibly damaged make sure to have the delivery person note this in their system. Accept the package and if there are damaged or missing parts please contact us.
Estimated delivery time
Once we have handed over your order to the shipping service, the shipping time depends on them. We currently use FedEx Express, they charge the following shipping times:
- The Netherlands: 1 to 2 working days
- European Union: 2 to 5 working days
- Countries outside the EU: 3 – 10 working days
International orders may be subject to Customs processing. The amount of time a package is in Customs is out of FX Buggy control and not in the control of the shipping carrier. We recommend following tracking updates daily. If the package is in Customs longer than a day or two contact your local postal authorities and/or customs to determine why it is still in customs. FX Buggy has no ability to contact your postal authorities or Customs in your country.
Shipment Issues
In the unlikely event there is an issue with an order you must notify us within one week of receiving your order. You can contact us using our contact page.
Packages delivered are no longer in the control of FX Buggy or the shipping carrier and become the responsibility of the buyer to secure. Stolen packages after delivery has been made are not the responsibility of FX Buggy or the shipping carrier.
Damaged Shipment
In the unlikely event there is damage to a product(s) you must notify us using our contact page one week of receiving the order. Keep the original shipping box and packaging material as well as the manufactures packaging. If the damage is visible prior to opening the manufactures packaging please do NOT open it. Again, retain all original shipping and packaging and notify us as quickly as possible. We can assure you we’ll resolve this in a timely manner.
Return Policy
The consumer can terminate an agreement with regard to the purchase of a product during a cooling-off period of at least 14 days without giving reasons. FX Buggy may ask the consumer about the reason for withdrawal, but not oblige him to state his reason(s).
We do not accept returns for products that have been installed, used or removed from the manufactures packaging. View the full right of withdrawal in our terms and conditions.
All returns require a Return of Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). To receive a RMA # please email us using our contact page and include the following information:
- Order number.
- Reason for return each item
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refunds for authorized returns will be processed in 3-5 business days once the products are received. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted. No returns without an RMA# will be accepted. After the products have been processed by us, the amount for the product will be refunded to you via the same payment service that you made the payment. This can take 1 to 5 business days.
Some products can not be returned such as plans, building instructions, 3D or 2D Cad files or any other copies from files which cannot be proven as “returned”. FX Buggy cannot refund these files as the customer can reserve, detain or withhold multiple copies of this product.
Incorrect, Defective, Mispackaged, or Damaged Products
In the extremely unlikely event you should receive an incorrect, defective, mispackaged, or damaged product notify FX Buggy immediately before taking any other action to remedy the issue. FX Buggy will do everything reasonable to resolve the issue quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible. Your responsibility is to give FX Buggy the opportunity to resolve this issue before altering the product or replacing it. If the product is altered without FX Buggy prior written approval you will have forfeited any right to have FX Buggy resolve this product issue. If you replace the product without FX Buggy prior written approval the product will be subject to FX Buggy Return Policy. Again, FX Buggy has a stellar reputation for customer service. Please contact us immediately if there are any product issues.
In the event a product needs to replaced or replacement parts due to a shipping error or a defective, mispackaged, or damaged product, FX Buggy or the manufacturer will only ship the replacement product(s) to the original shipping address. Shipping of the replacement product/parts will be ground shipping unless the original shipping was expedited and a request is made to match the original shipping method. FX Buggy will not ship the replacement product at a shipping level higher than the original shipping method. Return shipping of the product will be your responsibility if you decline to have us or the manufacturer resolve any installation issue or replace a defective part. In the case of an incorrect product being shipped, a return shipping label from the original shipping address will be sent with the correct product(s). Return product(s) must be returned within one week using the return shipping label provided to avoid being charged for the product(s). In some cases FX Buggy can only ship the replacement product(s) once the return product(s) have been received. FX Buggy or the manufacturer is not responsible for shipping expenses for any other location other than the original shipping address in the order. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: FX Buggy is not able to provide a return shipping label for orders shipped internationally. Return shipping will be your responsibily unless we provide you with prior approval of return shipping costs. If you expect to be reimbursed for return shipping costs you MUST receive our written approval of the shipping costs BEFORE shipping the product back. Failure to do so will forfeit any reimbursement.
