Steering Rack Assembly includes Steering Rack (03-0012-00000) plus accessories to assemble a complete steering rack for your off-road buggy.

This is a short ratio steering box ideal for off-road buggy applications. The ratio is 1:2 and the steering rack gives a total travel of 120 mm. (60mm on each side). The width from both joint balls is 460 mm. The steering rack connections have M10x1.25 thread. (Fits included threaded bushing: 01-5000-00018). The steering column spline is 9/16″ and has 30 teeth.

This complete steering rack assembly includes 2 PA plastic brackets and a steel mounting plate that can be welded into any buggy frame. This assembly contains a steering column connection that fits onto the spline axle of the steering rack. Steering rack joint bushings with part number 01-5000-00018 are included.

This steering rack assembly can be welded to any metal steering column.
