In this video you can see how the front suspension has been build. In the video the prototype is assembled. The prototype has been through several upgrades since then:
- Increased the width of the A-arms on frame connection.
- Fitted Wilwood PS-1 left and right brake calipers with fixed / non floating mounting brackets for easier building method.
- Added different bolt pattern flanges for multiple rim options.
- Reduced overall weight by re-designing components
This front suspension is specially designed for off-road use and gives great handling and good traction due to its double A-arm independent format. Important front suspension geometry terms taken in consideration. The uprights are based on a Wilwood ps-1 left and right caliper non floating mounting.
